Lease Instructions
Lease Agreement requires Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher

| Step 1- Confirm Availability and Rental Charges |
Check availability to see if the dates you are interested in are open. Confirm availability with us via email. Let us know that you are definately interested in specific dates and we will confirm the availability of those dates and the total Rental Fee. The Reservation Deposit is 50% of the Total Rental including rent, pet charges and Cleaning Fee. You are not committed until we receive the signed lease and deposit. |
| Step 2- Download Lease |
If you don't already have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher, click the link above to install it.. Then click on the link below to download Lease. The lease should open in your browser where you can fill it out and print. Be sure to save your work so you can come back to it later. If you want to download the file to work on later, right click the link below and select "save target as ..." to save the lease.pdf file on you hard disk (if your using MS Windows). You can then open it anytime with Acrobat Reader. |
| Step 3- Fill in Lease | Read the entire lease. Fill out the information requested in the blue boxes by typing directly into the document before printing. The last page is a Rental Fee Schedule that you should fill out based on the information provided at rates. This will alow you to calculate the rental charges and print them with the lease. Save the file lease.pdf to preserve the information you entered on the form. |
| Step 4- Print and Sign | When the lease is completely filled out, print the entire lease and sign on page 3. It is not necessary to print the lease in color. Make sure you understand all the terms and conditions of the lease. There will be no exceptions. |
| Step 5- Mail with Check | Mail the lease to the address at the bottom of Page 3 along with a check for the total Reservation Deposit amount shown on page 4. Let us know via email that you have mailed the lease and check and we will hold your reservation open for 5 days while we wait for the US postal service to catch up with the transaction. We will return the signature page signed by our representative. We will also confirm via email when the lease and check were received and that your reservation is locked in. If you do not hear from us in 5 days, follow-up by email as something may be lost. |
